【System Overview】 

This system adopts a fully enclosed, fully automatic hydraulic separation process for pre-treatment, specially designed for crushing and sorting waste lead-acid batteries. After more than 10 years of production practice and continuous optimization, multiple significant improvements have been made in material structure and process parameters, with equipment and spare parts service life reaching or exceeding imported equipment standards.

【Working Principle】 Waste lead-acid batteries are fed into the crusher through the loading system. The crushed mixed materials are hydraulically separated based on specific gravity differences through lead paste separation screens, multi-stage hydrodynamic separators, and screw conveyors. Four materials—lead paste, lead grid, polypropylene plastic, and separator paper—are finally separated for classified resource recovery.

● Loading System: Grab crane, vibrating feeder, belt conveyor, electromagnetic iron remover, metal detector

● Crushing System: Hammer crusher with soundproof room

● Separation System: Lead paste separation screen, primary/secondary hydrodynamic separators, lead paste scraper conveyor, various screw conveyors

● Dewatering System: Filter press, separator paper dewatering screen

● Waste Gas Treatment System: Acid mist collection pipeline, gas scrubber
