Product performance and advantages

1. The battery is easy to use and maintain, and the operation is simple and intuitive.

2. Using low-alloy alloy, the internal resistance is extremely small, which can reduce the decomposition of water during the charging process and consume less water.

3. The positive plate uses a tubular plate, which can effectively prevent active materials from falling off. The positive plate skeleton is die-cast from a multi-component alloy, with good corrosion resistance and long service life. The negative plate is a paste-type plate. The special grid structure design improves the utilization rate of active materials and high current discharge capability, and has strong charge acceptance ability.

4. The SAN transparent battery tank has good anti-corrosion performance, high strength and beautiful appearance. Through the SAN battery slot, you can directly see the internal structure and actual battery conditions.

5. The safety valve adopts a special funnel-shaped anti-acid and fire-resistant injection plug, which can purify acid mist and facilitate direct measurement of electrolyte density and temperature.

6. Use long-life special separators with large porosity and low resistance.

7. The lead cast copper core pole has good current load performance and anti-corrosion performance. This structure can prevent leakage and ensure the reliability of the pole seal, thereby greatly increasing the service life of the product.

Product performance and advantages

1. Completely maintenance-free during battery life

2. The working life of continuous float charging is up to 18 years, and its capacity is reduced to approximately 80% of the rated capacity.

3. It uses brocade-free alloy electrodes, so there is no gas leakage, and the internal oxygen is neutralized by itself.

4. Made of German fumed silica, the electrolyte is in a gel state in the finished battery and does not flow, so there is no leakage or electrolyte stratification.

5. The positive plate adopts a tubular plate, which can effectively prevent active substances from falling off. The positive plate frame is die-cast from a multi-component alloy, which has good corrosion resistance and long service life. The negative plate is a paste-type plate. The special safety valve structure and appropriate opening and closing valve pressure reduce water loss and avoid battery shell expansion, rupture and electrolyte drying up.

7. Use special long-life separators with large porosity and low resistance. The embedded copper-core lead-based poles have greater current carrying capacity and corrosion resistance.
